Dover Express 30 March 1861 - INGRAM WILLIS

DOVER POLICE COURT - CHARGE OF RESCUE
'Ingram Willis, a man in the employment of Mr H Crundall, was charged with rescuing a prisoner from the custody of police constable Russell on Saturday night last, when a fight took place near to the Excavator's Arms, Church Place. He was convicted and fined 10s, and 12s costs, which was paid.'
